Is this it? Can my search really be over? You see I am a rib tester. It’s what I do. Every first visit to a restaurant is a mandatory rib test and let me tell you the competition is steep. There have been fails, nice tries, close but no cigars, one quarter short of a dollars but usually they all are rated mediocre.
Well a few days ago I decided to go one step up as far as price went to see if there would really be a difference in the rib quality. Believe me there was. I had to declare it the winner. Between all the places I’ve tried them, franchises and local restaurants, the best of the best came from “Bâton Rouge”. Perfectly cooked, fall off the bone meat, with just the greatest sauce.
